With a name like Adonis and cheekbones as chiselled his, is it any wonder why Adonis Bosso is a model.

 

The Ivorian born model who grew up in Montreal Canada didn’t have a rags to riches story about how he got into modelling.

“I started modelling around the age of 17 yet it was nothing too serious… It was charity and things like that then after high school a friend of mine who was a model told me I should try it seriously. I blew her off at first, but shortly after I was signed with her agency. I didn’t get much work for about a year until the agency closed. A few months later I got signed to another agency but we parted ways due to different opinions about he direction of my career. I then signed with the agency I am with now and in early 2012 (about 3 years after) I got signed to an agency in New York.” The model stated in an interview with The Montreal fashion blog
