Recently, I took some friends out to dinner, and as the self-proclaimed connoisseur of great restaurants, I was entrusted with choosing our dining spot for the night. Naturally, I opted for something fun and a cuisine we’d never tried before. We went for Moroccan cuisine at a restaurant called Souk Medina.
