From Street Style to Fashion Icon

Slick Woods, born Simone Thompson in 1996, has become one of the most recognizable faces in fashion, known for her bold look, shaved head, and signature gap-toothed smile. Raised in Minneapolis, Woods had a difficult childhood, with much of her youth spent in and out of foster care and dealing with homelessness. Her break into the fashion world came unexpectedly when she was discovered by British model Ash Stymest while walking in Los Angeles. This chance encounter led to Woods signing with a modelling agency and quickly launching her career.
