Beauty News| Balenciaga Returns to Fragrance

Balenciaga is back in the fragrance game and it’s not just a perfume, it’s a whole moment. The house has launched a 10-piece fragrance collection under Kering Beauté, marking its grand return to high perfumery.

At the heart of the drop? A reimagined version of Le Dix, Balenciaga’s very first scent from 1947, complete with its vintage-inspired bottle and a modern twist on its original formula.

The lineup includes names like No Comment, Cristóbal, and Incense Perfumum, each telling a story pulled straight from the brand’s archives. Think of it as Balenciaga bottling its heritage with a dash of 2025 attitude.

Retailing at around €260 for 100ml, the perfumes come in refillable bottles with chic, archival packaging—a nod to the past while staying sustainably current. But here’s the tea: I won’t be rushing out to buy a gimmicky fashion house fragrance. Smelling like couture is cute, but I’d rather spend my coins on something else.
