Victoria’s Secret attempted a grand comeback with its latest fashion show, but it fell disappointingly short. From the tacky backdrop to the peeling runway, the show seemed to unravel at every turn. The most cringeworthy moment? Supermodel Doutzen Kroes getting her shoes stuck on the peeling runway mid-walk—a glaring symbol of the event’s haphazard execution.

Tyra Banks’ much-hyped return to the runway was another letdown. Once a trailblazing supermodel, Tyra’s pigeon-toed, awkward walk was a far cry from her iconic days, and her styling did her no favours.
Although the styling was off a little bit, it was nice to see supermodels like Jasmine Tookes, Candice Swanepoel, Adriana Lima, and Joan Smalls make an appearance, adding a touch of nostalgia to the event.
Overall the show felt out of touch. In a world that has largely moved on from the era of emaciated, bone-thin models flaunting overpriced lingerie. Consumers are demanding more inclusive, empowering representations of beauty, and this stale, old-fashioned spectacle proved Victoria’s Secret hasn’t caught up with the times. The fashion world is evolving, but this show felt stuck in the past. Thank God we have savage Fenty!
