Beauty tip| to achieve this look begin with a natural foundation coverage then, using a soft smudge eyeliner (my favourite is the scandal eyes by Rimmel London) apply it unto your waterline and using a Q-tip smudge the liner unto the bottom part of your eye. This will take your look from everyday normal to rock ‘n’ roll coolness.
